Refund, withdrawal and deferral policy.

This policy applies to new applications and payments made after the applicant accepts it. Please read it before applying or making a payment.

Registration fee

ATTI’s J$5,000 registration and administrative fee is non-refundable once an application has been processed.

Refunds before the programme begins

Refunds apply only to the tuition portion paid and are calculated from the date ATTI receives the written withdrawal request:

30 or more days before the programme: 100% tuition refund.
14–29 days before the programme: 50% tuition refund.
7–13 days before the programme: 25% tuition refund.
Fewer than 7 days before the programme: no refund.

The J$5,000 registration and administrative fee is excluded from all student-requested refunds.

Moodle access

Once ATTI issues Moodle login or course-access information, all registration and tuition payments become non-refundable. This applies whether or not the student logs in, opens the course, downloads materials, completes assignments or attends classes.

After the programme begins

No cash refund is available after the programme begins. A student experiencing a documented medical, family or other serious emergency may request a one-time deferral. Deferrals require written approval, are subject to programme availability, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and must normally be used within six months.

Kits, uniforms and external fees

Payments for kits, uniforms, examinations, certification bodies, personalised items and third-party expenses are non-refundable once ordered, issued or paid.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ATTI Administration with the student’s full name, programme, payment receipt, reason for withdrawal and banking information. Approved refunds are normally processed within 10–15 business days after all required information is received.

If ATTI cancels a programme

If ATTI cancels a programme and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the student may transfer to another programme or receive a full refund of the registration and tuition payments made for the cancelled programme.

Policy acceptance

Applicants must accept this policy through the mandatory acknowledgement on ATTI’s application form before submitting the application. ATTI records the policy version and acceptance time electronically; no handwritten signature is required.
